Ocean Club is the latest luxurious residential condominium created by Turnberry
Associates. This oceanfront condominium project is located in Sunny Isles
Beach. This luxurious residential condominium was designed by architect Carlos
Zapata. It features 154 condo residences that range from 2,750 to 10,000 square
feet. It rises at around 649 feet to the skyline. There are 52 penthouse
residential floors that highlight the private club prestige. The residences of
the Turnberry ocean clubcondominium showcase
sophisticated interiors which have expansive terraces and balconies and terrace
for outdoor living space. Turnberry owned the original beach club for the last
30 years. This beach club is scheduled to be the signature glass-tower.

Ocean Colony was developed by Turnberry Associates and sold in the year 2006.
At a beachfront level, there is a resort-style pool that cascades into the
ocean. Owners can be able to enjoy the private pool as well as the beach
cabanas surrounded by the landscaped tropical gardens.
There
are 3- level private clubs that are set at around 300′ above the sea level. The
private clubs have a Hamm am spa, infinity edge pools, massage rooms, private
dining, wine room, gym and fitness area, locker rooms, and library and relaxation
rooms. The Turnberry Ocean Club services, lifestyle and amenities are similar
to those of its sister condominium at Turnberry Ocean Colony which was built in
the year 2008. This condo is also situated in Sunny Isles Beach.
Turnberry ocean club condominium will be able to provide high-quality resort and the
best oceanfront living experience in Sunny Isles Beach. The reconstruction
cost has been announced to range from 3 million dollars to 22 million dollars.
The prices may change without notice. Preconstruction sales and reservations
are set to begin this fall. The ground breaking is supposed to begin in early
2015 while its completion has been projected to mid 2017.
